David Haresign Appointed to Baltimore’s Urban Design and Architecture Review Panel David Haresign, FAIA was recently appointed to the City of Baltimore’s Urban Design and Architecture Review Panel (UDARP). The panel is comprised of nationally recognized architects, landscape architects and urban planners, and provides design-review expertise to the planning department.
