NEW LEADER
Zenairee Garcia Cividanes, AIA, NCARB
Associate | Project Architect
As a leader and mentor at Bonstra | Haresign ARCHITECTS, Zenairee inspires and motivates our young design professionals, particularly women and minority architects and designers, to challenge themselves to pursue higher goals. Zenairee is a licensed architect with over 10 years of experience in the design and construction of multifamily, commercial and government funded projects, including affordable housing and cultural spaces for the communities in which we work. She graduated from the New School of Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, becoming a licensed architect in 2015. Zenairee worked in one of the top architectural firms in Puerto Rico prior to moving to Washington DC in 2018, to explore new opportunities and embark upon new career challenges. She joined the Bonstra | Haresign ARCHITECTS team nearly 2 years ago as a Project Architect and has recently been recognized by the firm as an Associate. Aside from her passion for architecture and design, she enjoys spending time at the beach, cooking, wine tasting and outdoor activities like running and skiing.

Adam Beauregard, AIA, WELL AP
Architect
Adam spent much of 2020 studying for the AREs as he continued to expand his knowledge of construction and the architectural profession, significantly contributing to a variety of projects at B|HA. He received his architectural licensure for Washington, DC in early 2021 and has since become a WELL Accredited Professional, denoting his expertise and commitment to advancing human health and wellness in buildings and communities. Adam hopes to use this newly gained comprehension to design for the benefit of the environment with the end user’s experience in mind. Adam joined the team shortly after graduating with a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA, his home state. During his time off he enjoys long distance running, traveling, and biking around the city.
Gabriela Fuentes Suarez, AIA
Architect
Gabriela received her professional licensure in her native Puerto Rico in July 2021. She uses the knowledge and experience she gained through the architectural licensure process to act as a resource and motivate other B|HA team members on their own path to licensure. After graduating from Syracuse University School of Architecture in 2013, her professional career began in San Juan, Puerto Rico, specializing in hotel retrofits as well as multi-family and commercial new construction projects. In 2018, Gabriela relocated to Washington, DC in pursuit of new career opportunities where she has since worked on a variety of projects typologies ranging from single-family and townhome developments to hospitality and commercial office projects. Gabriela joined Bonstra | Haresign ARCHITECTS with over 7 years of experience in November 2020, and has been an integral part of several projects including leading the interior design for a new headquarters office for a non-profit corporation in northwest Washington, DC.
Milan Glisic, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Architect
Milan first joined Bonstra | Haresign ARCHITECTS in 2017 as an intern prior to graduating with his M.Arch from the Catholic University of America in 2018, continued as a full-time Project Designer, and is recognized today as a Project Architect at the firm. He also holds a BSc in Technology Engineering from Specialistic School in Prokuplje, Yugoslavia and a BA in Design from University Telematica in Como, Italy. In the US, Milan’s passion for sustainability led him to become a LEED accredited professional. Before relocating to the U.S. Milan worked in European international companies in on various C-level posts for more than two decades. Wanting to refresh his career and reignite his passion for design, he immersed himself into the architectural world of D.C. through his work at B|HA. He successfully completed his Architectural Review Exams (A.R.E.) in October 2020. Milan continues to pursue his passion to achieve a better and holistic understanding of the built environment, contemporary lifestyles, and communal needs. When time (and Covid-19) allows, he spends his time scuba-diving and visiting interesting new destinations. His daily routine includes walking and bicycling through his commitment to human powered vehicles rather than external-energy (regardless if its’s fossil fuel or electric) powered vehicles.
