We operate in a collegial studio environment, where each team member participates in all aspects of project design, development and execution. Open discussion of architectural ideas and client solutions is valued and encouraged. Our staff works on a variety of projects, ranging in size and complexity from residential renovations and adaptive use to large-scale, mixed-use developments.

Our team lives and works in the neighborhoods in which our projects are built. Partners and team members give back to the community through teaching and involvement in local professional, civic and volunteer organizations. This ethos of community involvement is encouraged at every level.
