Petworth is now home to two recently completed Bonstra | Haresign ARCHITECTS condominium buildings for12 new households. The design of both buildings focuses on scale, rhythm, proportion, materiality, and density to ensure these modern insertions respect and fit seamlessly into their contexts.

The story of the Ten at Clarendon spans seven years and three different building designs as CRC Companies LLC successfully aggregated empty buildings and lots along 10th Street North in the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington. We are pleased to share the news of our most recent design award from the AIA Northern Virginia Chapter, an Award of Excellence in Historic Architecture for The Sanctuary at 819 D Street, NE. This 30-unit church-to-condo conversion project was completed in early January after over 2 years of complex entitlements and construction.
