Located at the heart of the Petworth neighborhood, 811 Quincy Street and 3800 New Hampshire Avenue have undergone concurrent renovations to restore existing exterior facades and to modernize interior common areas and dwelling units. At the Basement level of each building, existing under-utilized areas were converted to residential dwelling units. Five new dwelling units were added to the 811 building for a total of 52 and four new dwelling units were added to the 3800 building for a total of 56. Existing unit interiors were modernized with open kitchens, new lighting and HVAC systems and new appliances.
