4010 RANDOLPH ROAD Silver Spring, MD
In an innovative, new partnership between AHC Inc. and Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland, Montgomery County Executive, Marc Erlich, broke ground on January 19th, 2023 – a 195-home, deeply affordable community in Silver Spring, MD. Located at the intersection of Randolph Road and Veirs Mill Road, 4010 Randolph Road sits on 6 acres and is one of the largest new construction, affordable developments of its kind in Montgomery County.
The development includes 85 hard-to-find, family-sized, three- and four-bedroom homes with excellent access to schools, shopping, employment and transit. Two future Bus Rapid Transit lines are scheduled to run past the community. Also embodied is a community center, onsite resident services staff and programming, a fitness center, and a half-acre public park with a playground, picnic area, inviting pedestrian walkways, and open lawn areas.
