Main Lobby The office departments are revealed through a dramatic double height volume at the northeast corner combining light, texture and warmth—setting the stage for the virtuous work carried out above and below this level. Glass walls at meeting spaces offer privacy but maintain the workplace collective at communal areas. Fully equipped conference rooms provide The Community Partnership with the technology they need to support their important community mission. Wood slat walls at the communal café offer warmth and privacy while maintaining a sense of connectedness to other areas of the building. The commercial office is largely focused on the wellbeing of TCP's staff and their visitors, including over 700 sf of space dedicated to wellness. Through carefully located light wells, large corner windows with operable balconies on all office floors, users benefit from increased natural daylight, ventilation, access to outdoor space and views of the surrounding community they serve. the training room, wall-to-wall glazing connects this vibrant subterranean space to the main structure to the West while also drawing in natural daylight. A continuous textured concrete wall anchors the space, reinforcing ideas of indoor/outdoor connections and transparency. Glass fire doors into stairways reveal colorful murals and supergraphics promoting action and wellness and emphasizing TCP’s theme of transparency throughout the offices. Detail of stair supergraphic

A new commercial anchor, the project reinvigorates the corridors of First and Kennedy Street, bringing increased safety, aesthetics, foot traffic, and economic benefit to the Brightwood Park neighborhood.
