Formerly the site of a neglected and vacant half-empty retail strip center, the new headquarters for The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness (TCP) brings their mission to the heart of the communities they serve. As a new commercial anchor, the project reinvigorates the corridors of First and Kennedy Street, bringing increased safety, aesthetics, foot traffic, and economic benefit to the Brightwood Park neighborhood.

The 4-story 22,000 sf commercial office includes a unique penthouse executive level, light-filled office floors, communal lounges, balconies, rooftop terrace, private gym, pantries, and flexible training/collaborative spaces that are revealed through layers of exterior glass, interior glass and wood slat screens. These spaces combined with energizing pops of green, blue, and red woven throughout the interiors are testament to the client’s need for balance and rest within the workplace.
