Located in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington, DC, the existing 114-unit mixed-use building underwent a full renovation program. Residential common spaces were fully renovated with new entry doors, new interior finishes and furniture in the lobby and corridors, and the addition of a new rooftop deck. Individual apartments received upgrades including new kitchens and baths and a new HVAC and electrical system. Two new residential units were added to the property. A new metal and glass storefront system provides ground-floor retail tenants with separate bay projections and offers an engaging and attractive streetscape appropriate for its vibrant neighborhood.
