Located in the Columbia Heights neighborhood, 1346 Park Road, NW has been fully renovated while maintaining the character and charm of the existing building. Front and rear courtyards allow natural light to penetrate each unit. Existing masonry and concrete porches facing onto Park Road, NW have been carefully restored while existing porches at the rear of the building have been reconstructed. A steel-and-glass canopy has been installed above a new glass entry system leading into the fully renovated and restored main lobby. New lobby lighting and fixtures work with finishes of smooth tile, stainless steel, glass and warm wood paneling to create a tranquil and modern entry sequence. At the basement level, five new residential dwelling units have been added in place of under-utilized storage areas. New HVAC systems have been installed to serve common areas and dwelling units
